Temp Recruiter is primarily responsible in supporting the recruitment’s and delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. Support the business on talent acquisition planning agree and deliver annual sourcing and deliver the budgeted talent acquisition plans for roles within assigned business areas. Ensures adherence to applicable WSP I Parsons Brinckerhoff policies and procedures. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.

How to ApplyDesired Candidate Profile SOURCING Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the requirement. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates for recruiting. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Utilize various sources for recruitment. o Post positions to appropriate Internet sources. o Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting. o Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment. o Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates. SELECTION Develop effective pre-screening questions to maximize process efficiency, short listing CVs against the requirements Efficient end to end applicant management for each Job Requirement i.e. timely review and short listing of applications, promptly updating applicants and responding to any queries Conduct preliminary and strengths based interviews, as required, assessing candidates to ensure cultural fit, long term potential, and technical fit for roles Advise hiring managers on the selection approaches Updating the recruitment trackers and keeping managers informed HIRING Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates Improve candidate conversion rates through effectively diagnosing and selling the most relevant points for each individual about the role Conduct reference checks Education- UG: Any Graduate PG:Any Postgraduate Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required Company Profile: WSP CONSULTANTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff in India WSP and Parsons Brinckerhoff have combined and are now one of the world's leading engineering professional services consulting firms.
